The St. Johns Farmers Market will open for the season this Saturday, June 8th.

The market runs from 8:00 am to noon on Saturday's and is located on Maple Street (west side of the Clinton County Courthouse).


The Spray Park is open for the 2019 season!

City of St. Johns Master Plan 

 The City of St. Johns is updating its Master Plan.

We have a survey link open as an opportunity to leave your feedback. It should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete, and your feedback will be incorporated in to the final plan.







The city does require city residents to use mint green city trash bags for trash disposal. The mint green bags can be purchased at several locations: Mint green trash bag purchase locations  Trash pickup takes place on Wednesday's or Friday's, please see map for pickup schedule.  Your mint green bags must be curbside by 7:00 AM on pickup day, do not place the mint green bags in your brown/yellow recycle cart, the cart is for loose recyclable items only. 

The brown and yellow Granger recycle carts are for recyclables only. Please do not place trash, green trash bags, wood, grass clippings, dirt or compost in these carts. The cart will not be emptied if it contains the incorrect materials. Click here to view the 2018 recycle guide.  The recycle cart is emptied on the same day your mint green bags are collected.

Easter Egg Hunt

Plan ahead to attend the annual City of St. Johns Easter Egg Hunt at the St. Johns City Park on Saturday, April 20th. A police siren will sound at 1:00 pm to start the hunt. This event is sponsored by the St. Johns Lioness Club and many local contributors. 

Age groups are: 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, and 9-10. Children under age 3 may pick up their eggs and toys at the pavilion. Some eggs in the patch have special prize tickets; bring these to the pavilion to receive your prize. 
There will also be live bunnies, crafts, balloons, face painting and visits with the Easter Bunny. Only kids are allowed in the egg patch. No adults please!
